Role Summary:

The Junior ERP Consultant will assist our Senior ERP Consultant, focusing on simpler tasks to help streamline workflows and improve project efficiency. You will play a key role in supporting project implementation, troubleshooting basic issues, and maintaining smooth operations within ERP systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a foundational understanding of accounting to grow within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior ERP Consultant in daily tasks, including data entry, report generation, and troubleshooting.
• Support ERP system configurations and testing under the guidance of the Senior Consultant.
• Help gather, document, and analyze user requirements and translate them into system functionalities.
• Prepare simple user manuals and provide first-line support to end-users.
• Perform basic data analysis to support the consultant in making data-driven decisions.
• Maintain and update system documentation, ensuring all changes are well-recorded.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or current studies in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with an algorithmic approach to tasks.
• Basic accounting knowledge to understand financial data and business transactions within the ERP system.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with software applications and learning new systems quickly.

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Detail-oriented, with a proactive attitude toward learning and task management.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems (preferred but not required).
• A collaborative mindset with a desire to support team goals and client success.
