As an ERP Consultant, you will work with clients, support the implementation of ERP systems, and contribute to increasing system utilization. This role requires creativity, problem-solving skills, and an entrepreneurial approach..
Main tasks:
- Providing technical and functional support to customers regarding the use of the ERP system;
- Initial diagnosis and resolution of system failures, tracking and escalation of requests;
- Participation in the installation, configuration and testing of ERP systems;
- Organizing user training and preparing simple instructions;
- Data entry, report preparation and documentation;
- Support in collecting customer requirements and proposing appropriate system solutions.

Requirements
- Higher education in accounting, finance or a related field
- Intermediate English
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are an advantage.
Nice to Have
- Experience in ERP or other business software
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Python, XML or JavaScript
